In order to promote the consume of products from different locations in Peru and to establish places like Callahuanca – Harochirí as a tourist destination, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), launched the program «De mi Tierra un Producto» having President Ollanta Humala (2011) in the Opening Ceremony, as well as several authorities and guests.
This self-supporting structure was designed and built «in situ» to communicate MINCETUR’s work, using local materials like 2″ diameter bamboo with typical joints.
