El Cartón team (Colectivo El Cartón), integrated by students of Architecture and Engineering of different Universities, programmed as part of their activities a workshop in a vulnerable area in Carabayllo, the largest district in Lima. They designed shadow spaces due to the high radiation. This was an open Workshop where we learnt about this material and we also built a typical Pole for later repetitions in order to achieve their Awnings design in open areas.
