Project designed and built in two days for Picantería Don Mateo, typical cusquenian food in the national gastronomic fair called Mixtura (2011) in the city of Lima. Its location within the facilities changed at the last minute, so Mr. Franco Caceres on behalf of the owners requested to built it in the shortest time possible. The Bamboo – Guadua was bought at the stores near Lima. In the design and construction I opted for simple solutions and simple «joints». The owners were in charge of the decoration.
